Fees & Charges

Our fees and charges reflect the length of your appointment or training session, including the multi-disciplinary team members and the resources required for your assessment or training

Fees must be paid in full upon accepting an appointment, unless agreed by the Medical Director. Late payments may be subject to additional charges, or cancellation of appointments, at the discretion of Azalea Healthcare. Fees are subject to change without notice.

*Reports are not guaranteed to be accepted by the NHS / LEA.
Currently we do not accept private medical insurance.

By using Azalea Healthcare you agree to the charging policies and terms & conditions of the business.

Each clinical consultation includes a thorough written report.
Requests for additional reports or documents will incur additional charges.

£100 is required on acceptance of an appointment to confirm the booking (non-refundable).

Full fees must be settled within 7 days of the appointment / assessment, unless agreed by the Medical Director. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Follow up appointments, additional assessments, or subsequent training sessions for clients with outstanding payments on their account will only be accepted at the discretion of the Medical Director.

Cancellation within 48 hours of an appointment, consultation or training session will incur a charge of £100.
